Milton sterilising solution for wetsuit celaning?

is it ok to use 'Milton sterilising' solution to clean a wet suit ? diluted obviously.

I am not a chemist so I can't tell you how exactly would Milton sterilising solution affect neoprene...it does sound like it could work though. If it helps - this are the ingredients in the Rip Curls Piss Off solution:
- chloride of alkybenzyl-dimethyl-amonium
- perfume
- colorant
- water.
