No, I’m 99% sure there aren’t any 4/3 shorty wetsuits. But you could always had it custom made. There are small wetsuit manufacturers that make custom wetsuits… just like a tailor makes you an ordinary suit. So you could always ask for 4/3 neoprene thickness for your shorty.
