Hi Sandra, zipper is probably the trickiest part of wetsuit to repair. I wouldn’t suggest you to do it on your own unless you have some serious sewing skills. I do not know what is wrong with your zipper but most of the time the zipper must be replaced, not repaired. So first – check if your wetsuit is still under warranty and if it is – contact the manufacturer and they will do it for you or even get you a replacement wetusit. If it is not ask around for wetsuit repair workshops. Some of them might say that it can not be done or that they will not do it – that is because the neoprene can be damaged when replacing the zipper and the don’t want to be responsible for that.
