Try some hand cream or something like that… or even better I think that you can also buy an anti rash cream. This makes your skin slippery and less prone to rash.

I get wetsuit rash behind the knee, So what’s recommended for that?

I always wear a rash guard type of short to protect the ball sack region. I bought Helo shorts, and they seem to to do the trick.
